Setting up your profile allows you to include information necessary for your identification as an employee.

Your personal profile is all the information about you as a user.

The personal profile is accessible in the `Administration menu` (initials or photo at the bottom left)

Each information can be modified by clicking on the corresponding block.

It contains the following information:

• Photo
• Last name First Name
• Phone number
• E-mail adress
• Password

As well as the following application parameter:

• Choice of language
