Are your recipes ready to be produced? You can now convert your recipe databases into “production sheets”. This involves generating a document in the proportions necessary to produce the total quantities desired by multiplying the quantities by default so that they correspond to your needs.

Definition of production order

The production order corresponds to the initial technical sheet factored by a quantity relating to a production need. Often, information that is useless in production, such as financial indicators, is removed.

---------------
For example:

I want to produce 3.5kg of a recipe whose initial total weight is 1kg.

I want to produce 45 servings of a 500g recipe that initially has 4 servings, etc.
---------------

  1. Click on the Print recipes or Multiply / Print button
  2. For a single recipe, specify the quantities and production units. For multiple recipes, this information is inherent in your list.
  3. Choose your printing options
  4. Confirm by clicking again on Print to open the print window

Production slip printing options

The production order has the following options:

  • Merge identical sub-recipes : if your recipes have sub-recipes, these can be merged. They will only appear once in the voucher, with their combined quantities.
  • Change page with each recipe : introduce a page break for printing.
  • Print the commissary voucher : inserts in the result a table with the list of all the ingredients in the quantities of consumption and stock.
  • Print the list of recipes : inserts in the result a table with the list of all the recipes to facilitate your dispatch.
  • Round off quantities : quantities that exceed 1000 grams will be converted to kilograms.
  • Display options : display production steps, costs and margins, images, sub-recipes.
