How and why set up your profile?

Set up your profile and that of your organization

Setting up your profile and that of your organization allows, among other things, the inclusion of information necessary for identification when generating documents to be transmitted, such as purchase orders.

The personal profile

Your personal profile is all the information about you as a user. It contains the following information:

  • Photo
  • Last name First Name
  • Identifiers
  • Password
  • Phone
  • Mail

You can modify this information by accessing your personal profile:

1. Click on your name in the " Administration menu " (initials or photo at the bottom left)

2. Once on the profile page, click on the various information to modify them.

The profile of the organization

Your organization profile is information about your business. To know : 

  • Photo
  • name of the organization
  • Social reason
  • NAF Code
  • SIRET
  • VAT number
  • Billing address
  • Choice of currency
  • Choice of language

You can modify this information at any time by accessing your organization's profile.

1. Click on the " Organization " tab in the " Administration menu " (initials or photo at the bottom left)

2. Once on the organization's profile page, click on the various information to modify them.
