Our application allows you to complete processes on multiple lines. Find out more below.

How to carry out a multiple action?

By default, almost all the actions that appear at the top of the list are multiple processes, they relate to all the rows in a list.

For performance and security reasons, however, certain processes are limited by the number of lines to which they can be applied. If you exceed this limit, you will receive a message asking you to reduce the number of lines affected.

How to choose the objects of the process?

The absence of selection of lines in a list implies, by default, that all the lines of the list are selected.

If you exceed the limit, especially in the case of deletions limited to 30 lines, you have three options:

  • select one by one the lines that will be processed: it's the most time-consuming but the most precise
  • check the box at the top of the list to select all visible rows. Be careful not to go down the list before doing this action as it will allow you to select 30 at once if you are limited by the number of the action.
  • apply filters to reduce the number of items affected by the process.

Use the templates to perform multiple actions

If you regularly repeat actions on a set of product lines, you can insert those lines (items and recipes) into the templates.

With the Pro subscription you can create as many templates as you want.

Once the products are in your template, multiple things can be done to them.
