Why order from templates?

A template is a clever way to control the needs necessary for recurring production or sales.

It is therefore very concretely:

• From a selection of products, recipes or articles
• That we will calibrate, that is to say, inform the quantities that we will handle
• To automatically generate orders by supplier

How to order from templates?

Templates are accessible in the Templates tab  of the main menu

To place supplier orders from a template, you must:

1. Create a template
2. Add products using the " + " at the bottom left
3. Adjust the quantities and unit of recipes
4. Click on the  Prepare orders button
5. In the preparation mode:
   - Select a supplier (all by default)
   - An option allows you to add to current orders from the same supplier
   - An option allows you to remove the products from the template
   - Validate by clicking on  Prepare

Upon validation, the user is automatically redirected to supplier orders and can now send them.
