Our application allows you to direct actions on multiple lines. Find out below how to get the most out of multiple actions.

How to carry out a multiple action?

By default, almost all the actions that appear at the top of the list are multiple actions, that is, they relate to all the rows in a list.

For performance and security reasons, however, certain actions are limited by the number of lines to which they can be applied. If you exceed this limit, you will receive an information message asking you to reduce the number of lines affected.

How to choose the objects of the action?

The absence of selection of lines in a list implies by default that all the lines of the list, even those which are not visible, are objects of the action.

If you exceed an allowed limit, especially in the case of deletions limited to 30 lines, you have three options:

  • select one by one the lines that will be the object of the action: it is the most time-consuming but the most precise;
  • check the box at the top of the list to select all visible rows. If you are limited by the number of the action, be careful not to go down the list before doing this action, which will allow you to select 30 at once;
  • apply filters to reduce the number of items affected by the action.

Use the selections to perform multiple actions

If you regularly repeat actions on a set of product lines, you can insert those lines (items and recipes) into the selections.

With the Pro subscription you can create as many selection as you want.

Once the products are in your selection, you can perform multiple actions on them.
