Everyone owns their data, so everyone can extract them to use them by other means.

Melba calculates and then delivers several key indicators, but also allows you to extract this data in order to save it, share it or even manipulate it by other means.

  • If it is an essential action: it will be available as a main action above the list.
    For example: Exporting inventory is a main action of the 'Item inventory' and 'Recipe inventory' views
  • In all other cases: the export is accessible in the 'Other actions' drop-down menu.

The export of each list is available in 3 formats to choose from:

  • Excel;
  • CSV;
  • PDF.

The generated document includes all the columns visible on the interface. But in many cases, the Excel and CSV versions have a set of complementary columns.

Note that the export is subject to multiple action. If no row is selected, by default all the data in the list will be extracted. Otherwise, the export will be effective on the selected lines only.
